Rental
1. Browse through our collection and select your desired item(s) to rent.
2. Email to us at myweddinghut@gmail.com with Subject : RENT in the format below. You may enquire up to 3 items in each category.

3. We will revert to you within 24 hours on the availability of the item(s) on your event date and arrange an appointment with you to see the item(s).
4. On the day of appointment, you may reserve the item(s) by making a reservation payment equivalent to 50% of the total rental price of the item(s). Please provide us with the delivery and return information as well.
* Please note that reservation payment is non-refundable.
5. We will contact you 2 weeks before your event date to get a confirmation on the item(s), delivery and return information.
6. If you happen to see any desired item(s) in our collection along the way, feel free to email us to enquire on the availability.
* Please note that no change of item(s) will be entertain after confirmation.
7. We will contact you 2 days before your event date for the delivery of the item(s).
8. On the day of delivery, we will collect the remaining 50% of the total rental price of the item(s) together with a security deposit from you. Please do check the item(s) as it will be your responsibility for any damages while in your possession.
9. We will contact you to collect the item(s) from you on the return date which is the day following your event date.
10. On the day of return, security deposit will be fully refunded only when item(s) returned are of the same condition as when they are delivered to you.
11. MWH reserves the rights to reject an order that has not fully adhere to the instructions.

Sales and Pre Order Sales

3. We will verify your order and revert to you within 24 hours with a sales invoice and payment advice if the item(s) is available. If the item(s) is out of stock, we will revert to you on our pre order launch information and the estimate arrival date of the item(s) together with a pre order invoice and payment advice. You may make a pre ordering with us anytime during our pre order launch.
* All pre order launch information can be found on the website.
4. After receiving the invoice from us, please make payment within 24 hours to secure your item(s). Otherwise, your order will be cancelled automatically.
We accept POSB / DBS Funds Transfer (preferred) OR Interbank Transfer. Please make all transfers to :

5. After making the payment, please reply with the following information to our email.

* Please note that Interbank Transfers take 3 working days to be credited into our accounts. Payment verification will only take place after the transaction is successful.
