“We”, “us”, “our” or “MWH” means myweddinghut; “you” or “your” refers to the client.
MWH reserves the right to make amendments to any of the below Terms & Conditions, Policy and Notice.
Rental Terms & Conditions
All rental orders are subject to the following Terms and Conditions.
Product For Rental
All products that are for rental are clearly specified in the site. Product for rental is strictly not for sale, unless specified otherwise.
Event Date
The desired starting date submitted with your rental order. It should be your wedding date or function date.
Reservation Of Product
Reserve as far ahead as possible to ensure best selection of products. By making a reservation payment will allow reservation of the product(s). You will be contacted immediately if the product cannot be available on your event date due to unforeseen circumstances or other reasons. Alternative pieces will be discussed with you at that time and your Reservation Payment will be refunded if an alternative solution, acceptable to you, is not identified. We will have no liability to you in the event that products are unavailable as contemplated by this paragraph, even if you have reserved them, other than the return of the Reservation Payment paid to us. In no event will we be liable for any damages whatsoever including without limitation direct, indirect, special or consequential damages.
Reservation Payment
A payment of 50% of the total rental price of the product will be charged at the time you place your reservation. An official receipt will be issued to you as proof of payment. Please note that this payment is non-refundable, unless for the situation specified under Reservation Of Product.
Confirmation
You will be contacted to confirm your rental order two weeks before your event date. In any case, if we fail to get Confirmation from you, we will render the order as void.
Cancellation
If you cancel your rental order after Reservation Of Product, 100% of the Reservation Payment will be forfeited. Cancellation of an order is not an option after Reservation Of Product.
Care Of Product
We will inspect and clean every product before delivery to you. While in your possession, we expect you to handle them with the utmost of care.
Delivery Of Product
An appointment will be made for the delivery of the product two days before your event date at a mutually agreed time between you and us. A signature is required for acknowledging the delivery of the product. If the product cannot be delivered at least one day before your event date due to unforeseen circumstances or other reasons, your Reservation Payment will be refunded. The return of this payment will be our sole liability to you in the event of non-timely delivery or non-delivery. In no event will we be liable for any other damages whatsoever including without limitation direct, indirect, special or consequential damages.
Security Deposit
To help protect us against loss, damages or theft of our product, we require a Security Deposit from you based on our product category as below.
• Bouquet Accessories : S$100
• Reception Accessories : S$100
• Headpiece : S$100
• Matching Set : S$250
The Security Deposit amount will be determined by us in our sole discretion, but will be released upon return of the product in the same condition as when delivered to you as provided in this Terms & Conditions.
Any late fees or damage fees as provided in these Terms & Conditions will be deducted from the security deposit upon our receipt of the product or the expiration of five (5) days after the Return Date, whichever is earlier.
Liability
You recognize and acknowledge that having our product in your possession or use can be unpredictable. We are not responsible for any accidents or harm that may arise from your possession or use of our product, and in addition to our other rights and remedies pursuant to these Terms & Conditions, you hereby agree to indemnify us from any claims, charges or costs arising from your possession or use of our product or any related activities. While we will provide you our product as described in our site, we do not expressly or otherwise guarantee or warrant the product for any specific performance or purpose other than as it is described.
Liquidated Damages
If any of the products is damaged during the rental period, you will be responsible for the damage as provided under “Damage to Product” below. If any of the products is lost, 100% of the security deposit will be forfeited.
Damage To Product
Even though you are renting our products, you acknowledge that each product rented from us is of a certain value and you covenant to treat it as if you own it. Our rental rate assumes a minimal amount of use, which may occur with a rental use consistent with wearing high quality product to an event. Unusual wear or any damage, abnormal dirt or foreign substances on any product will give us the right to charge you for the cost of repair or cleaning or up to 50% of the security deposit to that product. The amount to be charged is left to our sole discretion based on our assessment of the damage.
Return Date
The Return Date is the date we collect the product from you. Unless otherwise authorized by us, the Return Date is always the day following your event. The product must be re-packaged in our original packaging.
Late Fees
If you are not able to return the product by the required Return Date, late fees will be assessed as to that product as follows :
• One (1) Day Late – 10% of the security deposit for that product will be forfeited
• Two (2) Days Late – 30% of the security deposit for that product will be forfeited
• Three (3) Days Late – 50% of the security deposit for that product will be forfeited
• Four (4) Days Late – 70% of the security deposit for that product will be forfeited
• Five (5) Days Late – 100% of the security deposit for that product will be forfeited
You agree and acknowledge that the late fees provided for by this paragraph are intended as compensation to us, and are not intended to be a punishment or penalty, because the damages that we would suffer by way of late return are incapable or very difficult of accurate estimation because of factors including, without limitation, our recovery of anticipated profits, our loss of sales and reputation due to unavailability of products. You further agree and acknowledge that (i) our ability to make product available for rent to other customers depends greatly on our ability to secure return of that product by the day following your event, as return after such date may prevent us from having sufficient time to clean, repair and deliver the product to the next customer; (ii) because of that lack of time we cannot commit to have product available to upcoming customers until such time as the product is in our possession and capable of cleaning (and where applicable, repair) for upcoming events.
For the foregoing reasons, you agree with us that the amounts reflected in the schedule of late fees above are a reasonable forecast of just compensation to us in the event of late return.
Sale Terms & Conditions
All sales and pre order sales are subject to the following Terms and Conditions.
Product For Sale
All products that are for sale and pre order sales are clearly specified in the site. Product for rental is strictly not for sale, unless specified otherwise.
Pre Order Of Product
Pre order launch will be conducted once the product goes out of stock. You may make a pre ordering with us anytime during the launch.
Pre Order Arrival Date
We will provide an estimate arrival date of the product in each pre order launch. This date that is provided to you is an estimate by us based on our past experience with our suppliers. We will have no liability to you in the event that products get delayed in the event of shipping or other reasons. In no event will we be liable for any damages whatsoever including without limitation direct, indirect, special or consequential damages.
Reservation Of Product
By receiving an invoice from us will allow reservation of the product(s) for 24 hours. Payment must be made within this timeframe to secure your purchase. We do not make reservation for product(s) without payment.
Payment
All payment has to be done via Internet Banking or ATM Transfer to the account number specified by MWH.
Payment Verification
We encourage you to keep the original receipt until your payment has been verified by us. We do not accept scanned copy of receipt for verification.
Fraud
In an event of suspected fraud case (e.g. tampering with receipts), MWH reserves the rights to take legal actions.
Collection Of Product
An appointment will be made for collection of the product at a mutually agreed date and time between you and us. A signature is required for acknowledging the collection of the product.
Exchange Of Product
We do not entertain exchange after the collection appointment day when the product is handled over to you. Please do check the product during the collection appointment day. If there are any defects, we will arrange for an exchange within 3 days. We will not offer refunds unless the exact same product that is pending for an exchange is Out of Stock. There may be a 0.5 cm – 1 cm difference in our given dimensions. In such cases, the variance may not be considered as a defect.
Privacy Policy
MWH wants you to know how we handle the information you sent us during our transaction. We will update this Privacy Policy as our procedures change. Please review it occasionally to remain informed. MWH respects the privacy rights of our clients and we will only track statistics for business purposes.
Client-Keyed Information
We retain information provided by you such as event information and contact information (e.g., name, email address, contact number).
Email Address
When you give us your email address while placing an order or when you send us an email correspondence, we retain your email address. We may contact you by your email address to provide information regarding your order, respond to your email query, and market our products and services. We do not share our email lists.
Contact Number
If you have given us your contact number, you may receive telephone contact from MWH regarding your order or request you have placed.
Disclosure
If required by law, court order or in the good faith belief that disclosure is otherwise advisable, we may disclose your information.
Legal Notice
Your use of our site constitutes your agreement with the terms and conditions outlined below, with any other terms and conditions stated herein. These terms are subject to change without prior notice.
Site Use
This site and its contents are provided solely for personal, noncommercial use, including the online rental of the product depicted, and for no other purpose. Any downloading or copying of the materials herein is permitted for such personal, noncommercial use only.
Product Images
We have attempted to accurately depict the colors of the products offered on this site. However, because the color you see is dependent on your computer monitor, we cannot guarantee that the color you see will be accurate. The products also may appear larger or smaller than their actual size depending on your monitor. Some photographs have been enlarged to show detail. All product images used from MWH must be credited.
Pricing
We make every attempt to avoid errors in pricing and product information, but if a mistake does occur, we reserve the right to correct it, and in our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order placed for that product at the incorrect price. All prices listed on this site are in Singapore Dollars.
Links To Other Sites
MWH makes no representations or warranties about any other site you may access through this site. If there is a link to another site, such link does not constitute an endorsement of that site or the products or services contained therein and is provided solely as a convenience to you.
User Communications
Any message you send to us via email or other transmission relating to your use of this site, other than an actual rental of product, shall be and remain MWH’s property, and MWH shall not be limited in any way in its use, promotional, commercial or otherwise. However, we will not use your full name in any such promotional use without your permission. You agree that no such messages will violate the rights of any third party or contain any libelous or otherwise unlawful materials. We save certain messages and emails on file for promotional and marketing purposes, but we are not required to and do not retain every such message.

Unless specifically noted, this site, its content or the information available on or through it is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
